Hotel Accommodations are available at the Oasis Hotel, located across the street from the Grand Casino. 50 sleeping rooms have been reserved for the Innovak Users' Group, and will be reserved through Saturday, March 13, 2003. After that date reservation requests will accepted on a space available basis. The group rate may not be available after the cut off date. When making your reservations, call the phone number listed above. You must specify that you are with the "Innovak Software Users Group" in order to take advantage of our special group rate of $69 per night. Check in time is 4:00 PM; check out time is 11:00 AM. For all reservations, a major credit card or a deposit of one night's stay is need to guarantee the room.
Thursday's agenda includes a luncheon at the Grand Casino. Please continue to monitor the Innovak web site if you are interested in knowing the complete schedule of activities, prior to the meeting. It will be posted when it becomes available.
The registration deadline for the meeting is Friday, March 26, 2004. Please specify your preference for either the beef or the chicken entrée.
