Room Rates
The room rate for single or double occupancy at the Beau Rivage is $139.00 per night. All rates are subject to a Harrison County room tax, currently twelve percent (12%). This tax is subject to increase without prior notice. A $20.00 surcharge (subject to change) will apply per night, to each additional third and fourth person occupying the same room. Each occupied guestroom may have a maximum of four guests
Hotel Reservations
Individuals should make their own accommodations reservations at the Beau via the website, at: http://www.beaurivage.com/ OR you may call 888-383-7037. Whether making reservations on line or by phone, please refer to the Innovak Software Group. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT EACH INDIVIDUAL MENTIONS HIS/HER AFFILIATION WITH OUR GROUP. Beau Rivage does require that the first night's room and tax deposit accompany the reservation request. A major credit card may be used to guarantee your room.
Reservation Cut-Off
All reservations must be received at Hotel by Saturday, March 14, 2009. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accommodated at the current rack rate, subject to availability.
Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy
Hotel policy for cancellation of an individual guaranteed reservation is at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival. Rooms released less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival time will be subject to a cancellation penalty equivalent to the first night's room and tax.
